Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the DS Tech Land Management System (DT-LMS) provided by DS Technology & Investment CC. By signing in or executing a licence agreement, you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

Licence

DT-LMS is offered under an annual enterprise licence (VAT exclusive) as published on the pricing page, or under a separately negotiated contract. Access is limited to authorised users of the licensed authority.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, share credentials, misuse personal data, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. DS Tech may suspend access for material breaches or security risk.

Service levels

Hosting, maintenance, security updates, backups, and support are included as described in your package. Roadmap modules marked “coming soon” are delivered during implementation according to the agreed project plan.

Liability

DT-LMS supports land administration workflows; legal allocation decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed authority. Liability caps and remedies are set out in your signed agreement.
