Privacy Policy

DS Technology & Investment CC (“DS Tech”, “we”) operates the DS Tech Land Management System (DT-LMS). This policy describes how we handle personal and institutional data when authorities and authorised users use DT-LMS.

Data we process

Account identity (name, work email, role), authentication events, region and licence configuration, and operational records created by your authority (for example applications, allocations, and audit logs once those modules are enabled).

Purpose

We process data to provide the licensed service, secure access, support operations, meet audit and accountability requirements, and improve product reliability.

Hosting & security

DT-LMS is hosted on Cloudflare’s global network. Access is restricted by role-based controls. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited. You are responsible for protecting credentials issued to your staff.

Retention

We retain account and operational data for the duration of your licence and any legally required retention period thereafter, unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
